Doubt that god intended for them to be so arrogant. Israeli people most likely broke all the Ten Commandments by being this arrogant and yet they think they a have claim.

In a corporate world this would be as if an assistant got promoted to a CEO and then went ballistic on all the employees for no reason because they are under him. That is not what goodness is about, and that is not how respect for people should be like.
